The show may be cancelled if ticket sales / trade stands / auto-jumble plots do not meet the minimum number required.

Traders/Auto Jumble sellers must arrive on site from 8am to complete all setup that is required before general admission. Please contact us if you require additional setup time.
Traders/Auto Jumble sellers are required to vacate the show at the latest 6pm. Please contact us if you require additional time.
General admission will commence at 10am
All day visitors are required to vacate the show at the latest 10pm. From this time you must have a valid camping pass.
All rubbish must be removed with you. We do not provide bins to keep our tickets prices low.

Vehicles are left at their owners risk. VeeDubStuff or the The Laughing Fish Pub does not take any responsibility for the vehicles that are parked in either the car park on within the show.
On no account is parking permitted on the highway adjacent to the pub. Access on foot is not permitted.

There are to be no camp fires on the ground. Fire pits and BBQs may be used without causing damage to the ground.

Dogs may be admitted onto the premises but all dogs must remain on a leash.
Dogs will not be admitted into the toilets with the exception of those accompanying registered blind persons.
No other animals may be admitted onto the premises, without prior consent

The show will take place rain or shine
Tickets will not be refunded if you choose not to attend due to weather conditions

There is a no smoking policy operative in all of the buildings on the premises. This is inclusive of e-cigarettes / vaping.
Please ensure any “Butts” and empty capes are disposed of responsibly and taken with you off site.
